Donation Refund Policy

Pushp Swarup Divine Hope (PSDH) values the trust and generosity of our donors. Donations made to support our charitable activities are generally considered final and non-refundable.


1. General Refund Policy

All donations made through our website, UPI, PhonePe, Razorpay, bank transfer or any other payment channel are voluntary contributions towards our social welfare programs.

As donations are utilized for charitable purposes, refunds are normally not provided once a transaction has been successfully processed.


2. Accidental or Duplicate Donations

If a donor believes that a donation was made accidentally or a duplicate transaction occurred, they may request a review within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Incorrect donation amount
  • Unauthorized transaction

3. Refund Approval

Refund requests are reviewed individually. PSDH reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification and supporting documentation.


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–15 working days to reflect in the donor's bank account, depending on the payment gateway and banking partner.


5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges, bank charges or transaction processing fees deducted by third-party providers may not be refundable.
